Workshop Program Description:

Welcome to eCMS Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) — a leading technology solution used by construction companies of all sizes to manage operations and resources. eCMS integrates all aspects of a business, including finance, accounting, operations, and more, providing a single, unified view of business processes and data. By using eCMS, companies can streamline operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. It is widely used across commercial contractors, from small businesses to large enterprises, and spans general contractors, heavy highway contractors, and specialty contractors.

The eCMS ERP New User Workshop equips individuals with the knowledge and skills to effectively use the eCMS system and its applications. This course covers system architecture, security, data management, and business process integration. In addition, participants gain hands-on experience with the eCMS ERP software, allowing them to better understand and confidently use the system in their daily work.

Upon completing this four-hour course, participants will:

  • Receive effective, relevant training tailored for both Accounting and Operations users to ensure success.

  • Understand the importance of knowing your users and choosing the training methods that work best for them.

  • Learn the value of starting training early, maintaining consistency, documenting processes, and ensuring ongoing learning.

  • Gain practical knowledge of the eCMS ERP system, including its architecture, security, data management, and integrated business processes.

  • Develop hands-on skills to navigate, use, and apply eCMS effectively within their organization.

Delivery Method: Group-live, instructor-led, in a traditional classroom setting.

Location: Four Seasons Resort, Scottsdale, Arizona.

Who Should Attend: CFOs, Controllers, Project Managers, Payroll and Accounting Personnel, Administration and more.

Duration: 4 hours  (8:00A.M. - 12:00P.M. MST)

System Prerequisite: eCMS v.4.2 Environment.

User Prerequisite: Understanding the basics of business intelligence and eCMS data structure.   Have basic knowledge of how to navigate through the system, understand their role, and how they will use the system.

Advanced Preparation: No advanced preparation is required.

CPE Level: Advanced.
