Customer Focus 2026 CPE Credit Information
Through our partnership with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA), Computer Guidance is pleased to be able to offer continuing professional education (CPE) credits for completion of these courses. The recommended CPE credits for each course, along with the level of difficulty and field of study, are included in the detail information for the program.
Participants interested in earning Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits during the Customer Focus 2026 conference must complete the required attendance verification activities for each eligible session. Verification may include session check-ins, surveys, Q&A participation, or other attendance validation methods.

CPE Credit Information
- Maximum Credits Available: Up to 11 CPE credits for full participation
- CPE Calculation: One (1) CPE credit is awarded for every 50 minutes of qualified instructional time in accordance with NASBA guidelines.

State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
Knowledge Levels
Each eligible session is identified by a knowledge level in the conference agenda. Participants should select sessions appropriate to their experience with eCMS and the session topic.
- Basic – Program knowledge level most beneficial to CPAs new to a skill or an attribute. These individuals are often at the staff or entry level in organizations, although such programs may also benefit a seasoned professional with limited exposure to the area.
- Intermediate – Program knowledge level that builds on a basic program, most appropriate for CPAs with detailed knowledge in an area. Such persons are often at a mid-level within the organization, with operational or supervisory responsibilities, or both.
- Advanced – Program knowledge level most useful for individuals with mastery of the particular topic. This level focuses on the development of in-depth knowledge, a variety of skills, or a broader range of applications. Advanced level programs are often appropriate for seasoned professionals within organizations; however, they may also be beneficial for other professionals with specialized knowledge in a subject area.
- Overview – Program knowledge level that provides a general review of a subject area from a broad perspective. These programs may be appropriate for professionals at all organizational levels.
- Update – Program knowledge level that provides a general review of new developments. This level is for participants with a background in the subject area who desire to keep current.
Program Information
- Accounting Classification: The majority of Customer Focus 2026 educational sessions are classified as Accounting. Computer Guidance Corporation has an active CPA, in good standing, who participated in the development of the program content.
- Advanced Preparation: None required for any session.
- Program Materials: All presentations and demonstrations were developed or updated in 2026, with final revisions completed during June and July 2026.
